Hands and feet

Numbness in fingers and hands

Overload

Plantar fasciitis

Problem:

Hands:

Discomfort that comes from the muscles and connective tissue / fascia of the hands, fingers and thumbs are sometimes painful, sometimes just unpleasant.

There are many possible causes:

Hand pain is usually felt in the palm of the hand.

There are many small muscles in that area, while on the back of the hand there are only tendons and fasciae.

Characteristic of hand pain is that the hand can no longer be fully opened and the fingers can generally no longer be spread well.

Plantar fascia

Do you get up in the morning and with your first step it feels like a burning fire under the soles of your feet?

It's not a nice start to the day.

Your pain under the sole of your foot often comes from an inflammation of the tendon plates - the plantar fascia.

Treatment:

The treatment for hands and feet has the same therapeutic approach.

It's about loosening muscles and treating the fascia through targeted strokes and pressures.

Feet:

The aim of my treatment is to reduce the tension in the large fasciae of the sole of the foot. At the same time, I want to strengthen the muscles in the right places.

Hands:

With the Swaywaver method, I not only treat the muscles and fascia of the palm, but the entire tension pattern.

Result:

By means of the treatment I achieve that you gain immediate relief (well-being).

Of course, one session is not enough, a little patience is required for the treatment to be successful.
